So we have been a little busy the last few weeks. We went to McCall the last week of July and first of August. It was the longest vacation we have ever taken. While we were there we played on the beach a lot, rode on Grandpa's boat and Layla even attempted skiing. She quit when she was put into the freezing cold water and realized how frightening the thing she was about to attempt was. We were both still really proud of her for even giving it a try. We tricked Hazel into riding the tube. It didn't last long. Urban liked walking in the sand and water. He also liked tasting the sand. We went on a hike to Lake Josephine. It was a small hike that was easy for the girls. Hazel took a little more time and encouragement, Layla just flew up it and Urban just enjoyed the ride. We enjoyed spending time with Grandma and Grandpa Walker and later DJ and Kate. At the end of our trip, Justin and I went to Boise for One of his High school buddies wedding. They had asked us to do the photography, and we gladly accepted. The girls stayed in McCall and Urban came with us. The wedding went great and we got some really good shots. On Sunday was Piper's Blessing and then we came home. Since then I have been trying to edit pictures and get my house back together. It is a vicious cycle.
The girls get to start preschool on the 27th and are so excited. They ask every morning if they get to go today. I cant wait because I will have 6 hours a week just me and Urban. I don't know what I will do with myself!!
We also are starting a Photography business. We aren't for sure on a name yet, but we bought a lot of new equipment and I will hopefully get a blog up and start advertising in the next few weeks. The names we are thinking of are Real Image Studios or LC Walker Photography. Let me know which you like best or if you have a new suggestion all together. And If you need some Photography done, just let me know.

Well last week there was an article in the
Star News (McCall paper) about how a man was out kayaking on the lake in the morning when the lake was still and all of a sudden there was a wake in the front of his boat that was 4 feet wide and 20 feet long. It went on for about 300 feet and then it sunk back into the lake and disappeared. Everyone is saying it was Sharlie again. we just can't tell Layla or she will never get into the lake again! How about you two? The guy was in the cove where you ski! (dodododo! scary sound!)

Good luck with your photography business. :) It is such a fun (and scary) thing to do. I like both names you picked. Who is taking pictures, Justin, Elsie or both of you? Fun Summer! The photos are great. We have also started a photography business! It's exciting and a lot of work all in one. If you're on Facebook, I have made a page. We will be getting our website soon. Both names are good. Are you going to be setting up lighting equipment and doing inside shots or mainly outside?
Cute pictures!!! Little Urban is such a cutie! and of course the girls are just getting more beautiful. That's cool about the photography business. In December when I'm big and prego, I want you to take some pics. Wish we could have been there for all the fun! Next yr..... See you guys at Christmas. You are going to be in Utah right??
Elsie thanks for taking my pictures! I can't wait to see them. I know they will be awesome. Your kids are getting so big I can't believe it.
So it just isn't right for you to look that good in a bathing suit! Oh I want to tone up now that mine is getting older. Good job.
