Independence Day 2009

We had a really fun time with family this last weekend to celebrate the 4th. Duda and Devo were on their way back to Seattle and stopped by Orem to have a BBQ with us and DJ and Kate. Grandma and Grandpa Stubbs also stopped by for a little grub. Justin attempted to grill up some Jucy Lucys for the meal thanks to too much time watching the travel channel during work trips.
After the meal we all headed to DJ and Kate's for a few fireworks. It was lots of fun capped off by a few Amazin' Fountains.
Following the Waterlefe stall #4 show, we headed to Provo to catch the Stadium of Fire fireworks. It turns out that we were able to catch 2 shows with only a short walk in between. It is always nice to have former Raintree residences in your midst. Thanks to everyone for the good time.

Father's Day

We had DJ and Kate over for Father's Day. It was a lot of fun. We pulled our kitchen table outside for a picnic. The girls really enjoyed eating outside and playing with the family. Hope yours was as fun as ours. Thanks for the fun time DJ, Cake, and Owen.

St. George Trip

Ok, SO I know I am really slow, but I have had a lot going on. We are still on the hunt for the perfect house for us, and we aren't having any luck. We are about to call it quits. So these pics are from our trip to St. George. June 8-14. Justin flew in at the end of the week for family pictures. We had a good time and the girls ask everyday when we can go back. We will be down for a short trip on the 11th of July. So until then they will have to wait.

Seattle Vacation

Justin and I went to Seattle May 20th-26th. Justin stayed until the 29th for work. We stayed with Paige and Devan and had a blast! Seattle was beautiful, and I never saw a drop of rain. Justin even got sun burnt. We went to Pikes Market on Thursday,Friday we went to the Museum of flight. Both were really neat. We were able to walk through the original Air Force One plane. It was crazy! On Friday night we went to Oceanaire for dinner. It was our fancy meal. I had lamb that was amazing, Justin had steak and lobster, Devan had salmon and Paige scallops. We really enjoyed it. Saturday we went to the Locks and watch the boats go from the Harbor out to sea. It was really interesting. Sunday was church and relax day. Monday Paige and I went for a run and Devan and Justin went to the gym. Then Paige and I went scrapbook shopping and met up with the guys for a BBQ with some people in their ward. After that we went to the track and bet our life savings on the ponies! J/K But it was fun to watch the races. Then we had Tai food for dinner. It was good. A lot spicy but really tasty. I left bright and early Tues. Morning. I flew into Weiser and picked up the girls and drove home. It was a nightmare. Urban screamed for 4 of the 5 hours. By the end Hazel was pinching and hitting him because she was so annoyed. I tried to stop her but felt like doing the same thing. Let just say I won't be doing that again. Justin stayed and worked for the next four days and enjoyed hanging out with Paige and Devan some more. It was such a fun trip! Thanks Paige and Devan!! And also a big thanks to Steve and Mary Ann for taking our girls. They had so much fun! They are still talking about grandma and all the things she gave them and did with them. Thanks so much!!! Here are some pics of our trip.
